I enjoyed my stay and was impressed by the spacious Superior King Room, which made relaxing a breeze. The outdoor pool area and the beach access offered perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the place could use a little attention during housekeeping, but overall, it was a good experience! 🏖️

The pool area was nice, but the room was really dirty upon arrival.

Check-in process provided access to a pool area, which looked enjoyable and well-maintained, appealing for those who like a quick dip. Unique beachfront amenities offered were practical for visitors looking to lounge without the fuss of bringing their own gear.
Unfortunately, the overall condition of the apartment fell short. expectations did not match reality with dirty surfaces and signs of neglect like rust and exposed wires. Several guests reported issues with basic accommodations, including malfunctioning toilets and improperly fitting shower curtains that led to water flooding the bathroom, not exactly what you'd want on a vacation. The promised private parking turned out to be a surprise $18 fee per night, which for some was better spent on free street parking instead. The discrepancies and maintenance problems raised concerns about reliability.

Not exactly what I expected
The A/C worked well and the kitchenette was useful. Also, the beach is just a short walk away.
The check-in process was a disaster, taking way too long, and the cleanliness of the room was disappointing.

The check-in process took an eternity, and I was almost late to my brunch. not a great first impression. also, having breakfast at a different hotel was just ridiculous and way too limiting. I expected my premium stay to come with some kind of welcome gesture, but apparently, they’re too busy for that. so disappointing.

10/10
Ope, this place was just perfect! I really loved how close my studio was to the beach—just a few steps and I was in the sand. Breakfast was a real highlight too. I had coffee and pastries every morning by the pool! I extended my stay 'cause I just couldn’t get enough of it!

The location offered direct beach access, which was a highlight. Rooms featured kitchenettes that were useful for preparing meals. Check-in process took much longer than expected, over an hour due to disorganization. The room had some cleanliness issues upon arrival, with evidence of water damage and peeling paint. The refrigerator appeared outdated and in poor condition. However, outdoor amenities like the pool area were enjoyable and well-maintained. Free public beach amenities were a nice surprise, yet the advertised private parking was misleading as it came with unexpected costs. Overall, I appreciated the proximity to restaurants, but the delays and accommodation discrepancies left much to be desired.

It was just a top selection for a brief retreat in Hollywood with all in all brilliant value for money. Enjoyed the pool area that was well kept and a great way to relax after a day at the beach. Arriving early? Go for a stroll along the boardwalk while you wait to check in.
